  121. 1) You must be running WWIV 4.23+.
  122. 2) You must subscribe to the sysop subs (National and Area Specific).
  123. 3) You must be using NET32 or higher networking software.
  124. 4) You board must not condone hacking/phreaking/carding, and must prohibit
  125.    discussion of such topics both by e-mail and by posts (locally and over 
  126.    the net).
  127. 5) You must have your board up for at least one month.
  128. 6) You must provide all info in filling out the application to this network.
  129. 7) You must have general knowledge of your computer, for obvious reasons.
  130. 8) The sysop must be at least 12 years old. (I don't think we'll have any
  131.    trouble with this one.)
  132. 9) Your board must operate at least 12 hours a day, and net time must be the
  133.    whole time that your bbs operates°.
  134. 10) You must agree to stay in the network for at least a month.
  135. 11) If the sysop is a minor, then the board may not distribute or make available
  136.     adult files or subs.

  138. ° This means that if your bbs is up for 15 hours a day, the network must also
  139.   be operative for those 15 hours.  The net must be full time.  See the WWIV
  140.   sysop documentation for information about net high time and low time.

  144. » There will be absolutely NO talking about hacking/phreaking/carding and other
  145.   such activities.
  146. » There will be no sending of files or packets other than e-mail\posts bound for 
  147.   other systems in the net, unless authorized by the NC.
  148. » All connects to systems must be assigned or authorized by the NC.
  149. » There will be of vulgar topics.  Anything unsuitable for minors should not be
  150.   used in the network.
  151. » The use of foul language will be strictly restricted.
  152. » No flaming, bashing or revealing of double aliases, real identities, or
  153.   personal information over the network.
  154. » Confidentiality between the network sysops is to be maintained if necessary.
  155. » All users and operators must follow the rules of subs.  At the request of a
  156.   sub host, the system operator must restrict a user from the sub, and a system
  157.   could be removed from the sub.
  158. » Problem users should be dealt with by e-mail or deletion.
