EGGPLANT DIP
------------
1 Large eggplant
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t sugar
1/2 t lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Bake unpeeled eggplant in oven at 375 F for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven. Rinse with cold water. Remove skin.
Cut in sections and place in food processor or blender.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, lemon juice and
mayonnaise. Blend well. Chill
