  1. GREEK RECIPE #2: String Beans

  4. 2 lbs string beans
  5. 4 T. olive oil
  6. 1 Lemon
  7. salt & pepper to taste
  8.  
  9. Wash string beans. Snap off ends, but leave beans
  10. whole. Cook until tender in 1/4 inch of water. Drain,
  11. toss in olive oil. Add salt & pepper. Squeeze lemon
  12. over beans. Toss. Add more lemon juice. Serve Hot.
