  1.                      BAKED CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

  4.          9 oz. chocolate chips
  5.          1/2 stick butter
  6.          5 eggs
  7.          1 T. vanilla
  8.          1-1/2  c.  whipping cream
  9.           2/3 c. sugar
  10.          Melt chocolate and butter in microwave.  Cool.  Mix eggs,  vanilla
  11.          and rum.  Add chocolate mixture.  Whip cream and add sugar.  Blend
  12.          together.   Pour  into  8-inch  pan and place in larger pan with 1
  13.          inch of water.  Bake at 350 degrees for4 30 to 40 minutes. Mixutre
  14.          will puff up and crack.  Serve with ice cream scoop.  Makes 4 to 6
  15.          servings.
