  1.                 BACON WRAPPED STUFFED TENDERLOINS

  4.       1-1/4 lb. turkey breast
  5.       1-1/2 c. seasoned bread cubes
  6.       2 T. chopped onion
  7.  
  8.          chicken broth to moisten 4  strips  bacon  (I  use  more)Cut  each
  9.          tenderloin in half and cut pocket in tenderloins. Mix break cubes,
  10.          onion  and pepper with broth; stuff into pocket. Wrap bacon around
  11.          tenderloin and fasten with toothpick.  Place in greased pan,  salt
  12.          and  pepper  to  taste.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours.  Makes 4
  13.          servings.
