BACON WRAPPED STUFFED TENDERLOINS
1-1/4 lb. turkey breast
1-1/2 c. seasoned bread cubes
2 T. chopped onion
chicken broth to moisten 4 strips bacon (I use more)Cut each
tenderloin in half and cut pocket in tenderloins. Mix break cubes,
onion and pepper with broth; stuff into pocket. Wrap bacon around
tenderloin and fasten with toothpick. Place in greased pan, salt
and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours. Makes 4
servings.
