  1.                                   Avocado Pie
  2.  
  3.            1 ripe avocado, mashed
  4.            1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  5.            1 can (13 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  6.            1/3 c lemon juice
  7.  
  8.            1 graham cracker crust, baked
  9.            1 c crushed pecans
  10.            1 c whipping cream, whipped (opt)
  11.  
  12.          Blend  avocado,  cream  cheese,  milk  and  lemon juice in blender
  13.          until smooth. Pour into baked 9-inch graham cracker crust.   Chill
  14.          1 hour before serving.  Top with crushed pecans and whipped cream,
  15.          if desired.
