GINGER DRESSING
2 T. fresh ginger, chopped cayenne pepper to taste
2 T. Dijon mustard 1 T. sherry
2 t. hoisin sauce 2 T. sesame oil
1 T. balsamic vinegar 1/4 c. oil
1 T. light soy sauce
Blend all ingredients in blender. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
