  8. I%2, medium, eggs, slightly beaten

  11. R%Combine flour, salt, milk and eggs.  Beat at a low speed with
  12. R%and electric mixer until just smooth.

  14. R%Place well-greased muffin pans in a 425 degree oven for three
  15. R%minutes or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in them.

  17. R%Remove the pans from the oven; fill half full with batter.
  18. R%Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

  20. R%Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 18 to 20
  21. R%minutes.  Serve immediately.  Makes one dozen popovers.
