R%Beat at medium speed sugar and salad oil. Add eggs, one at a
R%time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until
R%light and fluffy. Then beat in pumpkin.

R%Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, soda, cloves,
R%cinnamon, and nutmeg. Then with mixer at low speed, beat
R%the flour mixture with pumpkin mixture.

R%Put into 3 loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
R%Test with a toothpick.
