LEMON FROSTED PECAN COOKIES

I%1, cup, margarine
I%3/4, cup, powdered sugar
I%3/4, cup, corn starch, sifted
I%3/4, cup, pecans
I%2, T., milk
I%2, cups, flour

I%2 1/2, cups, powdered sugar
I%1, T., margarine, softened at room temperature
I%3, T., lemon juice
I%2, drops, yellow food coloring

R%Note: The first listing of ingredients are for the cookie dough.
R% The second list is for the frosting.

R%Combine margarine, powdered sugar, milk, flour, and corn starch.
R%Chill for approximately 2 hours.

R%Put nut (or small spoonful of chopped nuts) 2" apart on
R%ungreased cookie sheet. Shape dough into small balls and
R%flatten over pecans.

R%Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

R%Combine frosting ingredients and spread over cookies.
