  5. I%4, T, margarine, do not brown
  6. I%1, medium, onion, chopped
  7. I%2, c, celery, chopped

  9. I%4, c, chicken, cooked & cubed
  10. I%2/3, c, white rice, uncooked
  11. I%1, 4 oz can, mushrooms, pieces & liquid
  12. I%1/2, tsp, salt
  13. I%21 1/2, oz, chicken broth, (2 10 3/4-oz cans)
  14. I%1/2, tsp, poultry seasoning
  15. I%10 3/4, oz, cream of mushroom soup, (1 10 3/4-oz can)

  17. I%1, c, cashews, ground

  20. R%  In a skillet cook first three ingredients until clear, but do
  21. R%not brown.  Remove from heat.

  23. R%  Add the next seven ingredients and mix well.

  25. R%  Put mixture into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.  Bake in a 350
  26. R%degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.

  28. R%  Remove and add ground cashews.  Return to oven and bake for another
