BEEF AND RICE SKILLET
Top of stove dish. Only one skillet needed. Simple!

I%1 1/2, tsp., salt
I%1, tsp., pepper, (or to taste)

I%1/2, medium, green pepper
I%1 1/3, cup, white rice, (instant variety)
I%28, oz, tomatoes, canned
I%1/2, T., yellow mustard

R%Lightly brown the ground beef in the margarine in a large skillet.
R%Season with 1 tsp. salt and the pepper. Meanwhile, thinly slice
R%onion and green pepper and add it to the skillet. Stir in the
R%instant rice. Sautee over high heat until the rice is lightly
R%browned. Add the tomatoes, mustard, and the remaining salt.
R%Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes
R%uncovered.
