- Grenadine dash
- Lemon twist garnish

- Preparation:
- Stir well with ice and then
- strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist
- and serve.
- Variation: To make
- a Regular Manhattan
- substitute sweet red
- vermouth for French
- vermouth and garnish
- with a cherry. To make
- Sweet Manhattan
- substitute French
- vermouth for dry
- vermouth and garnish
- with a cherry. To make
- a Perfect Manhattan use
- red, dry and white
- vermouth.
