- Sweet cream 1/3 oz
- Maraschino cherry, optional

- Preparation:
- Pour creme de cacao
- into a pousse cafe or cordial
- glass. Gently float the
- cream on top; do not allow
- the ingredients to mix. This
- is easily done by holding
- a teaspoon bottom-side up
- over the glass and pouring
- the cream slowly over it.
- Insert a toothpick into the
- cherry and place on top.
