  5. Sweet cream                  1/3 oz
  6. Maraschino cherry, optional

  9. Preparation:
  10. Pour creme de cacao 
  11. into a pousse cafe or cordial 
  12. glass. Gently float the
  13. cream on top; do not allow 
  14. the ingredients to mix. This 
  15. is easily done by holding 
  16. a teaspoon bottom-side up 
  17. over the glass and pouring 
  18. the cream slowly over it.
  19. Insert a toothpick into the
  20. cherry and place on top.
