  1. ** 142    Champagne Punch **
  2. @Serves 20

  4. Sugar                      2 cups
  5. Fresh lemon juice 2 cups
  6. Dry white wine     1 bottle
  7. Champagne           1 bottle
  8. Soda water    2 large bottles
  9. Orange liqueur     1/4 cup
  10. Pineapple juice    1/4 cup
  11. Pineapple slices    4

  13. Preparation:
  14. Combine the sugar, lemon 
  15. juice, white wine, 
  16. Champagne, soda water, 
  17. liqueur and pineapples 
  18. juice in a large punch bowl. 
  19. Mix and add a large ice 
  20. block to the punch. Garnish 
  21. with  pineapple slices. 
  22. Allow punch to chill and
  23. serve in small glasses.
