  3. Gunars Snikvalds is an artist and documentary sound man, born in Bolton, England, in 1951. He studied at Ontario College of Art, and at Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design.

  7. The work, entitled "Board Ruin" by Gunars Snikvalds, 1993 -1997, consists of a plastic laminated watercolour painting and colour photocopy, 30 x 45 cm, one image on each side, folded in half, 30 x 22.5 cm.
