  18. When an application running under Windows NT targets its output for a
  19. #10 envelope (4.125-by-9.5-inch) with the Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet
  20. 500c printer driver, the output is restricted to a square region 4.125
  21. inches on each side, located at the top left of the envelope. Output
  22. that extends beyond this region is truncated (sometimes leaving
  23. partial characters) and does not print.

  28. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows
  29. NT Advanced Server version 3.1. We are researching this problem and
