HERE'S A FUN BOOK ABOUT A FOREST-LOVING ANIMAL, THE SQUIRREL:
Nuts to You!
by Lois Ehlert; Harcourt Brace & Company; 1993
FOR GROWN-UPS:
Once your children have completed the picture frames, there are many things you can do with them. One picture can be glued to an inexpensive cardboard box. Your children can stow their favorite possessions in these treasure chests.
To hang the picture, tape the ends of a piece of string or yarn to the back of the picture.
For a stand-up picture frame, cut a piece of cardboard twice the size of the picture. Fold the cardboard in half and glue the picture to one side. The cardboard serves as a stand for the picture.
