  1. WOODSY PICTURE FRAME
  2.  
  3. YOU'LL NEED:
  4. Scissors
  5. Ruler
  6. One 9x12-inch sheet of construction paper
  7. One 5x7-inch drawing or photograph
  8. Tape 
  9. 4 twigs
  10. White crafts glue
  11.  
  12. STEP 1
  13. Cut four 1-inch-wide strips from the construction paper.  
  14.  
  15. Now place 1 strip on the work surface.  Then place the drawing upside down on 1 lengthwise edge of the strip, and tape the drawing to the strip.

  17. Repeat with the remaining strips and sides of the drawing.  The strips will be longer than your drawing.

  19. STEP 2
  20. Turn the drawing over and cut off the long ends of the construction paper strips to make a rectangle.

  22. STEP 3
  23. Break 2 twigs so they are the same length as the 2 short sides of the rectangle.

  25. Next, break the remaining 2 twigs so they are the same length as the 2 long sides of the rectangle.

  27. Put some glue along the edge of each construction paper strip.  Make sure the glue lines are thick.  Stick the twigs on the glue.  And let it dry.

  29. Wonderful! You've made a woodsy picture frame!
