- WOODSY PICTURE FRAME
-
- YOU'LL NEED:
- Scissors
- Ruler
- One 9x12-inch sheet of construction paper
- One 5x7-inch drawing or photograph
- Tape
- 4 twigs
- White crafts glue
-
- STEP 1
- Cut four 1-inch-wide strips from the construction paper.
-
- Now place 1 strip on the work surface. Then place the drawing upside down on 1 lengthwise edge of the strip, and tape the drawing to the strip.
-
- Repeat with the remaining strips and sides of the drawing. The strips will be longer than your drawing.
-
- STEP 2
- Turn the drawing over and cut off the long ends of the construction paper strips to make a rectangle.
-
- STEP 3
- Break 2 twigs so they are the same length as the 2 short sides of the rectangle.
-
- Next, break the remaining 2 twigs so they are the same length as the 2 long sides of the rectangle.
-
- Put some glue along the edge of each construction paper strip. Make sure the glue lines are thick. Stick the twigs on the glue. And let it dry.
-
- Wonderful! You've made a woodsy picture frame!
