With adult help, cut a slit in the front of the bag. Cut a hole for your head in the bottom of the bag. Cut another hole on each side big enough for your arms.
Place the bag over a wastebasket. Be sure the area is covered with newspapers.
STEP 2
Crumple 1/4 sheet of newspaper. Dip it in tempera paint and touch it to the paper bag. Repeat until you have enough spots on the paper bag to resemble leopard or giraffe spots, or stripes for a tiger or zebra. Let the bag dry.
STEP 3
Cut 10 pieces of yarn, each about as long as your forearm.
Hold the pieces together and wrap them with tape.
Cut a slit near the bottom edge of the back of the paper shirt. Push taped end of the tail through the slit, and tape it to the inside.
