  24.  │    For some unknown reason, the protection scheme never came up when we    │
  25.  │    first installed 1830 even though according to the manual there were     │
  26.  │    supposed to be one.  After we re-installed the game on another PC,      │
  27.  │    the protection finally showed up.  So here we are with the 100% crack   │
  28.  │    from one of the world's best cracker, Beowulf.  Just unzip the patch    │
  29.  │    into the 1830 directory, and run it once.  That's all folks...enjoy.    │

  50.                    previous versions had. The old version requires
  51.                    2900 EMS making it tough to run on a 4 meg machine
