Phone Message File
The Phone Message File lets you organize phone messages for your department or company. This
Template ships with askSam.
The Phone Messages File is a good example of how easily askSam can manage variable length
information. In this database file both the Message field and the Response field can be as long as
necessary. The user does not have to pre-define a field length.
We've created several reports: View All Messages Sorted by Date
