  18.      This lesson uses the PERT chart we
  19.      created in Lesson 4.  We've saved the
  20.      project for you.

  22.      But, we need to indicate how long each
  23.      task will take so that HTPM can begin
  24.      calculating dates.  And, the VP of Sales
  25.      wants to take a look at the plans for
  26.      the booth.  She needs to approve them
  27.      before construction gets under way.
  28.      We'll add a task for approval of the
  29.      plans.

  62. use the ~task list~2.  Although we could add a

  79. window.  At this window you can add more tasks,
  80. change the order of tasks, or include more
  81. information about the tasks that are there.

  94. first column.

  98. The second column shows the type of task.  An ~M~2
  99. in this column means the task is a special kind of
  100. task known as a ~milestone~2.

  104. A milestone is like a checkpoint that marks the
  105. start or end of a series of tasks, or an important
  106. point in the project such as the approval of plans.
  107. It has no duration, so the ~Planned duration~2 column
  108. for all milestones is blank.

  113. default of zero.  We'll change this column for all

  119. the planned start for the project until we add
