- HTPM, you must create a calendar that shows
- HiTech's work and holiday schedule so that HTPM can
- calculate dates correctly.

- use it for all its projects.

- You can accept the defaults or you can change them.

- Here, you'll type a description for your calendar.

- identify your calendar when you get it later.

- For the description, we'll use the company name and
- indicate a change from HiTech's normal workdays.

- Let's look at the rest of the calendar form. The
- ~Start year~2 and the ~Number of years~2 for the
- calendar are correct.

- But, the start of day isn't correct for HiTech.

- HTPM has already filled in a typical starting time

- One way to change the contents of a field is to
- erase what's there and type the correct value.

- To get ready for the Expo in time, all HiTech
- employees agree to work Saturdays.
