- variety of functions using many of HTPM's keys and
- key combinations.

- several different windows in HTPM. Look for the

- the menu bar.

- The F1 function key brings you on-screen Help when
- you're using HTPM for your own projects.

- After a menu is pulled down, you can pull down a
- different menu using the left and right arrow keys.

- a calendar name in the
- field. Often, HTPM
- supplies a typical value,

- The Edit menu has three functions. You'll use one
- of them, ~Find date~2, often when working with the
- wallchart.

- Because ~Find date~2 is used frequently, it has a
- ~speed key~2 associated with it. A speed key is
- actually two keys that you press at the same time.

- Using a speed key, you can quickly select a
- function from a menu, without pulling down the
- menu.

- Speed keys are listed on pull-down menus next to
- the menu selection. They are a combination of the
- Ctrl key and a letter key, such as F. They're

- To use a speed key, hold down the Ctrl key and
- press the letter. We'll remove the Edit menu so
