- Concerning the 12V to 0.6 V issue, I thought I would throw my two cents in.

- I would go with the LM317 approach as someone previously suggested.
- However, since the car battery does swing over a couple of Volts, I think
- that regulating the battery voltage to 5 Volts with a 7805 (Bt suffix should
- suffice) would probably give you a little better performance. I use such circuits
- at work when I need several precise voltages for cicuits when using one common
- AC - DC power jack instead of several power supplies.
