  15.   This is what a gadget called the Vitaliser claims:

  19. this is how it works:
  20. "  the core of the Vitalizer consists of unique percentage of the following,
  21. dissimilar metals: Nickel, zinc, copper, tin and silver. The core is encased
  22. within a copper housing that connects directly into the fuel line and treats
  23. the fuel before being mixed with oxygene. The core has elongated ridges that
  24. promote a swirling action in the fuel over the core, thereby creating an
  25. electrostatic reaction between the core and the fuel being treated.

  28. became polarized. Then, when the fuel is sent to the combustion chamber and 
  29. evaporates, the electrostatically charged fuel molecules(now having the same

  31. thoroughly and evenly throughout each combustion chamber. The more evenly
  32. dispersed fuel vapor burns far more completely and efficiently..."
