- I'm getting a strong antifreeze smell when I use the heater (and some smell on
- vent) in my '86 Mustang GT. I assume it's a heater core leak. I've tried a
- couple of different stop leaks with no success (I let the car idle almost an
- hour on the last attempt -- I know that may not be a great thing to do for
- other reasons). Anyone had luck correcting this problem without replacing
- the heater core?
