  16. for alt.binaries (justification: disk space larger than any alt sub-tree)
  17. That's not censorship, just an administrative decision.  Why not all or nothing
  18. for alt.binaries.pictures (justification: non-productive compared to 
  19. alt.binaries.somethingelse).
