  13. I've owned a TRON electrostatic air filter for a couple of years.
  14. This time after its periodic cleaning, instead of hearing
  15. whooshing air punctuated by occasional random pops (dust being zapped),
  16. there is a steady buzzing sound.

  18. Any ideas what has gone wrong, or if it can or should be repaired?
