- So what you are saying is that you should be excused from a contractural
- obligation because 1) You did not carefully read the contract, 2) You did
- not comply with the cancellation terms or procedures, 3) You are a typical
- college student so you shouldn't be expected to fullfill the terms of the
- contract.
