  34. So what you are saying is that you should be excused from a contractural
  35. obligation because 1) You did not carefully read the contract, 2) You did
  36. not comply with the cancellation terms or procedures, 3) You are a typical
  37. college student so you shouldn't be expected to fullfill the terms of the
  38. contract.
