- Another interesting aspect of the seizure laws referred to in an earlier post
- is that they clearly are in violation of the fifth amendment to the much-
- ballyhooed U.S. Constitution, which states " No person shall...be
- deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law..."

- This is quite a lesson regarding how much our rulers respect their own laws.
- The protections provided by the law on which the U.S.
- government is allegedly founded mean little when they conflict with
- the government's needs, even when those needs are transient propaganda
- excercises like the war on drugs.
