  28. Make sure the comsat daemon is running.  Check your /etc/inetd.conf
  29. file for the line beginning with comsat.  If it starts with a '#' it
  30. isn't going to be started by the inetd.

  32. At the bottom of the biff command article in info, there is a section
  33. called "Related Information".  Click on "comsat".
