- Some friends of mine are trying to back up 5 diskfull SPARCs to
- one 8mm tape. They're currently writing the tape index to disk since
- they cannot determine a good way to put it at the start of the tape
- and to still be able to retrieve the rest of the tape at a later
- date.

- I seem to recall that this was possible, but I can't remember how.
- Any leads would be most appreciated.
