  14. I've uploaded PriorityQueue, an Objective-C class, to both nova.cc.purdue.edu  
  15. and cs.orst.edu. PriorityQueue behaves much like a List, except objects are  
  16. dequeued by unsigned integer priority.

  18. Queueing and dequeueing occur in O(log n) time.
