-
- I picked up a Apple newspaper-like flyer called "Intro News" at an
- apple dealer soon after the Oct 19th intro that described the new
- machines. It also described the two E-Machines' docks called
- PowerLink Presentor and PowerLink DeskNet.
-
- The PowerLink Presentor was listed as "available now" and I have seen
- a couple of vendors in MacWeek advertising it for $499. Perhaps it
- really is already available.
-
- It has video out for 256 colors at 832x624 or 16 colors at 1024x768.
- It has a external floppy connector and an ADB port. It apparently
- doesn't block the existing serial port and modem out ports on the Duo
- itself. It provides NTSC/PAL output for the video as well as RGB. It
- lacks any SCSI port.
