- Although I don't do sales law, I doubt that a post on a computer
- will suffice as a "writing" under most state's versions of the
- UCC. The statute of frauds within the UCC typically requires that
- the writing be SIGNED by the "person to be charged" (i.e. the
- person who's trying to weasel out).
