- Really, you would be much better off with a cheap 24-bit graphics card such as
- Retina from MacroSystems. The "use-A1200-as-a-graphics-card" suggestions would
- be as incompatible as any custom graphics card, and ParNet would leave you
- with a really slow bandwidth. Besides, Retina offers you true 24-bit graphics
- at 700*600 pixel resolutions and 256 colour resolutions up to 1280x1024, still
- with a palette of 16.8 million colours, much better than the AGA chipset. And
- finally, it will cost you less the A1200, as will other graphic cards too.

- card under future versions of the OS that will support the use of custom
- graphics cards. Maybe.
