  19. (a) is quite easy to do -- simply add /K MODE CO80,50 (or whatever) to
  20. the end of the DOS_SHELL variable in your notebook settings for your
  21. program object.  I hope that's clear enough -- if not, mail me.

  23. (b), on the other hand, is a systemwide default.  I don't know how to
  24. change the typeface for a DOS or OS/2 window on the fly or save a
  25. per-session default.  Thoughts, anyone?
