  28. You evidently did not install communications support.  Run Selective
  29. Install (OS/2 System -> System Setup) and install it (one of the last
  30. check boxes on the second dialog).

  32. Note that you will have to reinstall that part of the Service Pack if
  33. your are at SYSLEVEL XR06055.
