- I assume you mean that Wing Commander runs too fast under OS/2. Yes,
- you may be able to. One way is to try reducing IDLE_SENSITIVITY.
- Another is to experiment by launching several background tasks to
- steal CPU time away. Another is to retrieve one of those utilities
- which purports to slow down a machine -- run such a TSR before you
- start Wing Commander. (These TSRs are available from such DOS
- archives as wsmr-simtel20.army.mil and wuarchive.wustl.edu.) Another
- is to hit the turbo switch on the front of your machine to slow it
- down. Another is to consult the games10a.txt file (in
- /pub/os2/2.0/info on ftp-os2.nmsu.edu, via anonymous ftp) to see what
- it suggests.
