- PLease post more details. I have a Dell 486D/50 with the standard 230 MB
- hard drive and 8MB memory and the built-in chipset (and removed the ATI
- Vantage card) and once the ATI card was removed, I have had no problems
- with either the GA or the CSD/Svc Pak disks. All went on smoothly. The GA
- _required_ the bvsvga patch from ibm to run and the (?) June kernel patch in
- order to keep the swapper file under control. Everything else is as it came
- out of the box.
