  22. Open the tree view for the drive
  23.  
  24. Find the directory that you want an icon for.
  25.  
  26. Drag it (w/ right mouse button) while holding Ctrl+Shift to the desktop
  27.  
  28. This creates a shadow of the directory.
  29.  
  30. Double click on the new icon - there you have it !!
