- I have a 40Mhz 386 and OS/2 runs beautifully on my machine. I wouldn't get
- the beta unless you absolutely can't live without Windoze 3.1, though. It's
- called a beta for a reason...
- What do you consider 'plenty' of space? You should be willing to give OS/2
- around 40 meg of permanent space plus room for a swapfile that can in some
- cases grow to 10M+.
- I would definately get another 4 meg of RAM. In spite of everything IBM has
- done with the service pack, it still just doesn't run well in 4 meg. You
- also can't use HPFS unless you have at least 6 meg.
-
- Good luck with your decision. I for one have never regretted for a moment my
- move to OS/2.

- put track 5 on continuous loop play. turn up to the threshold of pain and
- leave it on for several hours.
