  13. Recently I started programming in Smalltalk/V for OS/2. Very nice package and

  16. the documentation keeps on talking about a IBM developers toolkit.
  17. Smalltalk/V needs some resource compiler to build dialogs and I need some
  18. advice how I bundle strings, bitmaps and icons in a DLL.

  20. Are the redbooks (from watson) sufficient to understand the API calls or do
  21. I need extra printed documentation?
