- Because there are any number of people who will give Mr Rubble a domain
- address, running the gamut from big commercial sites who will charge quite
- a bit to small commercial sites which will charge somewhat less to "domain
- parks" which will charge nothing at all, and if there's any hope to keeping
- the Internet as a whole sane use of adhoc bang paths to shovel mail around
- has to be discouraged in favor of better alternatives.
