  20. Because there are any number of people who will give Mr Rubble a domain
  21. address, running the gamut from big commercial sites who will charge quite
  22. a bit to small commercial sites which will charge somewhat less to "domain
  23. parks" which will charge nothing at all, and if there's any hope to keeping
  24. the Internet as a whole sane use of adhoc bang paths to shovel mail around
  25. has to be discouraged in favor of better alternatives.
