  12. I went over to the library a thourgh the help of the documents staff, I
  13. found a book that appears to be written for a programmer regarding the
  14. MARC format.  Titled "USMARC Concise Formats, USMARC, Network Development
  15. and MARC Standards Office".  It is very intresting and an has all of the
  16. information I was looking for regarding the 007 and 008 tags.  Many
  17. thanks to all the suggestions and help.
