  13. Congratulations to all US ed techies for surviving a particularly
  14. exhausting and harrowing exercise in the demoncratic process (now there's
  15. a Freudian slip!).  Sometimes it must seem that the Chinese system of
  16. election by completely secret ballot has something going for it!
