  19.     We have just configured NTP on all our MULTINET nodes. During
  20.     the configuration we noticed that the GMT offset for 
  21.     Central Europe appears to be incorrect. It is set to 02:00
  22.     we think it should be 01:00. Has anyone else in Central Europe
  23.     come across this, or are we mis-understanding something ?
