- We used to have it the other way, but we received too many complaints
- that our timezone information was wrong, and changed it. Now we
- just receive complains from different people. Named timezones are
- a mess; we recommend you either set it to a GMT offset or use the
- TIMEZONES.LOCAL file to change the offset in the named zone.
